The retail price shown in the website is the official Italian retail price, provided by the brand.

The Stylia West is restocked daily and new arrivals are immediately made available on the platform. If you would like to be notified of new arrivals as they are included on the platform please sign up for our newsletter.

You can refine your product search through filters. Select the category of your interest from the main menu then click on Filter: you can filter by brand, product category such as clothing, accessories and more.

You can contact an official dealer of the brand. You will need to provide the warranty certificate and proof of purchase.

The products sold on Stylia West are all 100% original, purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors. 


No, it is not possible to schedule the date and time of delivery.

All products purchased on are shipped from our 3 warehouses in Italy.

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment. Other non-express shipments are usually delivered within 2– 7 working days. 

With DHL, depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.

All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package.

For shipments to USA, if the order value is below 800 USD custom duties are not applied. If the order value is more than 800 USD custom duties will be paid by customers.

For shipments to non-EU countries, the customs duties and fees may be applied depending on the regulations of the country of destination of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

The order is prepared for shipment within 2 working days.


Stylia West periodically applies discounts to products. To stay updated on current promotions, please make sure you have consented to receive our newsletter in the Contact Preferences section in your Profile.

Stylia West accepts payment by credit card, PayPal, Sezzle and Zip for cumulative orders. Other payment methods may be added in the future.


Stylia West does not exchange goods. You need to create a new order. 

Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.

Should you receive a faulty product or not the product you ordered, send photos of the product. We will send you instructions on how to proceed within the next business day following your request.

The return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Stylia West is responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

You can make a return request for one or more products within 20 days of receiving the goods.
